Cold temperatures in Albania: World Vision supports the most vulnerable

January was particularly cold in Albania, the freezing temperatures got under -18 degrees Celsius. Families were suffering due to lack of appropriate shelter and food. World Vision Albania staff members visited some of them and provided food, wood for heating, blankets, warm clothes and heaters.
