First in her family to graduate
When Elsa graduates next year, she will be the first in her family, and one of only few in her community, to do so.
World Vision Bolivia started to work in the country in 1970. Currently, WV focuses its work in child integral development and advocacy. Through 42 Area Development Programmes, WV supported in 2011 more than 103,000 children, in almost 1,500 rural communities and more than 130 suburban neighbourhoods located in the regions of Oruro, Cochabamba, Chuquisaca, La Paz, Potosí and Santa Cruz.
