FNB Eswatini partners with World Vision to help change 85 learners’ lives
For a child with no shoes and no jersey to wear on a cold winter day, going to school can be an unpleasant task that one is not too keen on. This is the situation for many learners attending one primary school at Somntongo in Lavumisa; one of the most poverty stricken communities south of Eswatini. For 85 learners, however, the coming winter will be quite different, thanks to a donation of SZL 56,100 (approximately USD 3,600) from First National Bank (FNB) Eswatini, made through World Vision.

World Vision is concerned by reports of dozens of missing children following the surge in attacks in northern Mozambique
World Vision is calling for all to be done to ensure the safe return to their families of at least 70 children reported missing, following a new wave of armed attacks in the province of Cabo Delgado, in northern Mozambique. Authorities have confirmed that parents and caregivers have lost contact with the children whose whereabouts are unknown to them, after being forced to flee their homes.
