Following the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (GPDRR) 2022, Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference for Disaster Risk Reduction (APMCDRR) 2022 took place in Brisbane, September 19 – 22, 2022. The objective of the conference was to review risk reduction efforts, share and learn about innovative and practical solutions, and for countries and organizations to make actionable commitments against the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-20301.
