In 2023, World Vision Albania was joined again by many partners in its mission to transform lives of 34,455 children and young people. Our partners were citizens who donate, children, families, institutions, faith based and civil society organizations, agencies, businesses, media, experts, networks and more. Tuyisenge’s journey of overcoming limitations and embracing empowerment
Tuyisenge married with a 3-year-old daughter. At one time felt like dying was a better option. He got a sponsor for his primary education and another one for his secondary education. However, his life became worse after completing his studies. All his peers were getting jobs in construction and the like, and he felt extremely left out.

San and more than 450 children in northern Sierra Leone exercise their power of choice
San, a physically challenged girl, joined over 450 children in Sierra Leone to choose her potential sponsor. World Vision International Sierra Leone organised a special Chosen event in Mongo and Delmayadu. It was not only about sponsorship, but also about "the joy of changing the lives of vulnerable children".
