Syrian refugees in Lebanon brace themselves as winter approaches

Life for the Syrian refugees who call the informal tented settlements in Lebanon "home" is never easy; their shelters, made mostly with recycled materials and plastic sheeting, do little to protect them from the elements. Recent rains reminded residents of the challenges that are on their way with winter: flooding, mud and dropping temperatures. The future for many is very uncertain as winter approaches.
