According to World Bank data, Central is one of the regions most affected by crime and violence and its main ferments drug trafficking, juvenile delinquency and access to firearms. This forces us to think that our context has to be re-read with new eyes, especially for those who work for a comprehensive transformation and not only by changes in living conditions, having concluded that investing in girls, children, adolescents and youth, is investing in the development of a country.
