Happiness, seen through children's eyes: thinking that everything that happens is a miracle

Dozens of children from Boju village, Cluj County, have shown us that they know how to enjoy every little thing and every beautiful moment that life offers. Curious and shy, kids embarked on a trip full of surprises. With the funds raised by the employees of Emerson company, children went to Targu Mures city, where they visited the Zoo, had fun in an amusement park, rode the train and served, for the first time, lunch at a restaurant.

Our little trippers were so eager to embark on this adventure that they woke up at 5AM, even if the departure was only scheduled for 9 AM. Excited about everything, children wondered continuously: the parapets on the edge of the road, the flocks of sheep or lakes found on the road, etc. "Waaaawwww, an entire lake!", exclaimed Sorana, one of the little girls.

At the Zoo in Targu Mures the kids were looking forward to see wild animals about which they learned in school and have only seen on TV. For more than two hours, they were fascinated by each animal, the info that was shared about them and they were simply hypnotised by the bears, elephants and snakes.

After the visit in the Zoo they played for a couple of hours in the amusement park. This was the moment in which children from kindergarten and elementary school reminded us that the most effective education is to play and build beautiful things. Everyone was overwhelmed by the variety of different attractions and they were running around, trying to reach each playground even just for a few minutes. With colourful balloons and sincere smiles, our trippers have boarded on an electric train for a ride that none of them has ever experienced before. Encouraged by a sociable and playful train conductor, the ride was filled with information, anecdotes and, most importantly, good mood.

The day was completed with a complete meal at the restaurant, where children were treated as important guests and the waiters have served them as such. After they had served "the best ice cream in the world", the day was declared as unforgettable.

On the way home, children started talking about their experience, remembered all the animals they've seen and recounted what they liked the most:

"Well, I liked the most Tania, the elephant", said Lorena, while Carina admitted that she enjoyed the most the giraffes.

" I liked the bears, but I really enjoyed the amusement park”, adds Maria, followed by other children.

When they were asked if they want to send a message to their friends from Emerson Company, they said in unison: "Yeah, tell them that we thank them and that we saw beautiful animals! And that they are our best friends".
