Join the Minister for Relief, Disaster Preparedness and Refugees and Uganda’s leading researchers, policy makers, civil society organizations, corporates, UN agencies and thought leaders in disaster risk management (DRM) and climate change adaptation (CCA) as we commemorate the International Day for Disaster Reduction (www.unisdr.org/2013/iddr) by exploring new ideas and sharing proven resilience-building initiatives to secure the future for Uganda’s vulnerable communities.
