INVITATION TO TENDER
END OF PROJECT EVALUATION FOR THE MATERNAL NEWBORN CHILD HEALTH AND GENDER EQUALITY SCALE UP PROJECT
A Humanitarian Christian organization is inviting bids from reputable companies, organizations and individuals to submit bids for conducting the End of Project Evaluation for the Maternal Newborn Child Health and Gender Equality Scale up project funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
The bidder is required to submit an undertaking on their company letter-head making a declaration that as individuals or organisations they have:
- Never been convicted of an offence concerning professional conduct.
- Never been subjected to fraud, corruption or involved in any other illegal activity.
- To submit a certificate of incorporation (CR14)
- To Submit Valid Current Tax Clearance for Tenders ( ITF 263 Form)
- To submit company profile with track record references of similar works done.
Terms of reference are available upon payment of a non –refundable deposit of $10 from the addresses below with effect from Wednesday 29 April 2015 to Monday 4 May 2015,between 1000hrs and 1500hrs.Completed bids sealed in an envelope should state the Tender Reference: “MNeCH EOP “should be submitted and deposited in the tender box at World Vision Zimbabwe National office 59 Joseph Rd, off Nursery Road Mount Pleasant Harare or World Vision Southern Region office, No32 Park Road Surburbs Bulawayo.
Closing date for submission of bids is 13 May 2015, time 1500 hours
