Saving lives through distribution of over 129,600 liters of clean water

Villagers from Yay Lal Kyun and Chaung Wa village, Kyangin Township in Delta area are using boats and bamboo rafts instead of roads. Water still remains thigh-deep and some villagers have left their homes and are staying in evacuation centres on higher ground. World Vision Myanmar has distributed over 12,960 PUR sachets (each family received 10 sachets and one sachet is equivalent to10 liters of clean water) to 1,296 floods affected families from Kyan Gin Township- producing over 129,600 liters of clean water, in order to quickly access clean water which will save lives and reduce suffering.
