The Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF) Phase II
The Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF) in Cambodia is a result of lessons from World Vision's implementation of Citizen Voice and Action in Cambodia funded by the World Bank. This framework aims to empower citizens, strengthen partnerships between subnational administrations (SNAs) and citizens, and leverage enhanced accountability of SNAs to improve local service delivery.

Capacity Statement: Citizen Voice and Action 2024
Citizen Voice and Action (CVA) is a local advocacy approach that World Vision uses to increase dialogue between ordinary citizens and organizations that provide services to the public. It aims to improve accountability from the administrative and political sections of government (both national and local) in order to improve the delivery and quality of public services. The approach aims to empower communities to realize the potential within to influence the quality, efficiency and accountability of public services.
