Faith based action against gender-based violence
Gender-based violence and femicide are on the increase in BiH. World Vision is taking innovative approach, uniting with religious communities and leaders to address the problem at its roots. our research shows that boys and girls hold rigid views and adhere to prescribed gender roles. with this action, we aim to change harmful societal norms.

Cash assistance programme provides a helping hand to displaced families
On 11 March 2022, World Vision sponsored 417 households (1,339 beneficiaries) with 3.2 million Birr (US$62,400). Each IDP household received 800 Birr (US$16) per individual for a month.
