“I have always stand for the protection of the rights of the child and I will continue to do so. I will always raise my voice for children well-being. I know it’s not easy telling another Albanian, how to raise his child. I am an Albanian myself, born and grown up in Tirana, and I hardly remember one day in my childhood life without the “famous slap”. And since we are here, my friends from World Vision are telling us that 66% of Albanian parents, here included my acquaintances and friends, still think that slapping children is a means of educating them. No and No! Slapping is violence. I could even say that it’s near the end of the chain of violence. I remember when I was a little boy, it was not slapping what scared me more, but the tone of the voice and the aggressive look of the adults,”- says Nik.

During this interview, he invites Albanians to visit the # labyrinth in "Skënderbej" square, and at the same time calls on every parent, but also every individual to reflect on the actions or decisions he makes for children.
