David Livingstone, MPH, brings 12 years of extensive experience in the development sector, specializing in Design, Monitoring & Evaluation, Advocacy, Research, and Knowledge Management. With a background in Public Health, he has made significant contributions to The Global Fund and other grant funded projects in India. He has successfully co-designed, implemented, and evaluated interventions aimed at addressing critical Public health issues. His expertise spans across programmatic areas, with a particular focus on TB, COVID-19, Mental Health, Adolescent Health, and Maternal and Child Health. David serves as The Global Fund Unit (GFU) Coordinator at World Vision, where he provides technical leadership and support to Global Fund projects.
