Relaunch of the 'It Takes A World' campaign in Uganda

Despite significant strides by the Government of Uganda and partners, the status of violence against children still calls for urgent attention, more so during the COVID-19 crisis. Newsfeeds are overwhelming with stories of child abuse, including defilement, teenage pregnancy, child marriage, neglect, and even death of children across the country.

Recognising that preventing violence against children is a hallmark of World Vision, we are relaunching our 'It Takes A World' campaign in Uganda with realignment to our new strategy, and as a reaffirmation of our commitment to ending violence against children.
