Mr Sui See Yuen (Hong Kong) joined World Vision Hong Kong's Board in 2011 and he served as its chair from 2015 to 2022. Mr. Sui See Yuen joined the board of World Vision International in 2016.  

He was the Director of Operations of The Hongkong Electric Co. Ltd. He has over 35 years of experience in the electricity industry. He was also a director of UK Power Networks, Northern Gas, and West and Wales Gas of UK. After his retirement in 2017, he serves as an adviser to the Company in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer in UK, a Registered Professional Engineer in HK and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). He has served in the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) as a Council Member and also in a number of Government-appointed boards. He attends a local non-denominational Christian church (HK Canaan Church) where he is a deacon. He is married with three children.
