Pamela Wamalwa
Pamela Wamalwa is the Sr Advisor for Design, Monitoring, Evaluation (DME) & Research for WASH at World Vision International. She joined the team in July 2021 with 20 years of experience in the sector, including 10 years supporting WV Kenya's WASH programme in DME matters.
Pamela has extensive experience in various donor monitoring frameworks for development and humanitarian projects with multilateral/bilateral donor agencies and governments. Her professional accomplishments in research include multiple field studies, as well as presentations at various conferences at local and international levels.
Pamela holds a post-graduate certificate in International Water Resource Management from the University of Nevada, Reno (Desert Research Institute) through the WV WASH capacity building programme, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nairobi, a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Egerton University, a bachelor’s (with honours) in Development Studies from the University of South Africa, as well as a post-graduate diploma in Database Management Systems. She also holds professional qualifications in Environmental Impact Assessment & Environmental Audit from Jomo Kenyatta University, Savings Groups Design and Management Information Systems from the University of New Hampshire USA, and CASH Programing from CASH Academy.
Pamela has two children and is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Her family fellowships at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Kiserian, Kajiado Kenya.
