James is the Programmes Director at World Vision Uganda. He is an accomplished leader with significant experience in Leadership and management of international humanitarian and development organisations. He is an expert in multi year programme cycle management and development, Children in Ministry, Field Operations Management, Strategy Development and Socialisation, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & learning, child empowerment and transformation, Human resource Management, appraisals & recruitment, Budget management, risk assessment and mitigation, quality assurance in programmes, partnerships and collaborations. He is also adept at leading innovations and leveraging utilisation of technology.

 He holds a Master of Arts in Organisational Leadership and Management and a Bachelors In Education. James also holds a Diploma in Education and one in Professional Management. James also has a Certification in Project Management (PMD pro)
