Lindsey Ruffolo

Regional Director of External Engagement, East Asia

Lindsey Ruffolo is the Regional Director of External Engagement for World Vision East Asia. She is responsible for strategic oversight of external engagement functions, including advocacy and campaigns, communications and media, and fundraising, working with field offices in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, China, Myanmar and North Korea. As part of the regional leadership team, she ensures strategic alignment and represents World Vision’s work in East Asia with both internal and external stakeholders.

She brings more than 10 years of experience leading teams in programme development, project management, design, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, fundraising, and external relations.

She has worked for World Vision in New Zealand, where she supported project design, fundraising and advocacy for offices in the Pacific and Southeast Asia. In Nepal she was responsible for grants acquisition, management and strategic partnering. At World Vision Sri Lanka, she was appointed as director for resource development and partnering, during which time she was the Chair of the INGO Forum in Sri Lanka.
