World Vision Health Centre's bring vital change to communities in Ghor Province

One of World Vision health centers in Firouz Koh in Ghor province, provides health, nutrition, midwifery and mental and psychosocial health services to the most vulnerable communities. Since the establishment of this centre in this area, rates of maternal mortality and acute malnutrition have decreased and access to health services has been provided. In addition to providing immediate aid, World Vision Afghanistan is pursuing opportunities to support longer-term development activities in Afghanistan.
