Teresa (Terry) Ferrari
Teresa Ferrari is Regional Leader for World Vision East Asia.
She is responsible for strategic oversight. She coordinates technical, managerial and operational support to field offices in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, China, Myanmar and DPRK (North Korea). As part of the global leadership team, she ensures strategic alignment and represents the East Asia region within the World Vision Partnership.
She is responsible for leadership development and mentorship of each field leadership team. She ensures each Field Office meets or exceeds its strategic objectives, business objectives and contributes to national and global impact goals to improve the well-being of vulnerable children. At the regional level, she represents the organisation to government, donors, and partners through public speaking engagements, negotiations, and advocacy campaigns.
Teresa Ferrari brings more than 20 years of experience leading teams in programme development, project management, fundraising, and external relations. She has led senior teams in raising more than one billion US dollars for a variety of causes and is highly skilled at building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders in large, complex, multi-cultural organisations.
