PRIORITIES

1. Integrate disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation in programming through core models of community-based disaster risk management and comprehensive school safety

2. Strengthen the capacity of local government in disaster management (policy framework, disaster preparedness, emergency response, and humanitarian action)

3. Support the formulation of concerned legal documents
