Early Child Development (ECD) in Pictures

The expression ‘a picture says a thousand words’ is apropos of this beautiful publication showing World Vision's ‘Learning Roots’ Early Childhood Development (ECD) programme in Ethiopia. For years, this foundational intervention has improved the well-being of children aged three to six years in targeted communities across Ethiopia through effectives and holistic initiatives. The programme works in partnership with Government and community. It establishes community-managed ECD centres to have equitable, easy access for the most disadvantaged children to develop their physical, social, emotional and cognitive potential to fully succeed in school and in life.
