World Vision Albania – External Grant Writing Expert in partnership building and resource acquisition from the European Union, U.S agencies and other non-traditional donor agencies.

World Vision Albania & Kosovo is seeking to diversify its grant portfolio and generate resources from various calls for proposals to be launched during the year 2019. For this purpose World Vision Albania &Kosovo,National Office, is looking to contract an expert to oversee, guide and engage with the team, writing the proposal as well as to advise World Vision on pursuing and establishing winning consortia and on the probability of winning calls through an analysis of the competition, stakeholders, and supporting government ministries.
