People share commitment after ADP phased out

After 15 years of development programs in Kampong Speu province, Samrong Tong ADP has reached the period of phase out. During the event, many representatives from different groups such as child group, HIV infected group, and self-help group have presented their committment that they will effectively use the skills they are equipped from programs of World Vision to continue developing their community.
