World Vision Works to prevent malnutrition in vulnerable areas

To prevent micronutrient deficiencies in children and provide adequate vitamin and mineral supplementation during the first 1000 days of life, World Vision Afghanistan - through the Maternal Under 5 Nutrition and Child Health (MUNCH) project, funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development (DFATD) - in partnership with UNICEF distributed Micro Nutrient Powder (MNP) to marginalised families in Herat, Ghor, and Badghis provinces.
