Child-Friendly Local Governance in Nepal: Practices, Learning and Opportunities.

The purpose of the Child-Friendly Local Governance is to provide guidance to local governments in realizing and mainstreaming the rights of children into the governing system, structure, policies, and process. This program played a significant role in the progress of achieving MDGs. This study identifies the opportunities present with the changes of political structure in Nepal.
