Soha Karm is a humanitarian and quality assurance professional with 10 years’ experience with international NGO in development and response settings in the Middle East. Her work experience spans from direct field level implementation and contribution to national and regional management and support roles. She has designed and supported local and regional Monitoring and Evaluation systems and structures, supervised evidence building and research initiatives, developed theories of change at strategy and program levels, and contributed to national and response wide strategies’ development. Soha has a passion for humanitarian work and being able to make a difference in children’s lives and demonstrate evidence of achievements towards their well-being.
