Paul leads global strategies to optimise resource management, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and supporting diversified growth across the organisation. He provides strategic leadership, oversight, and managerial responsibility for the Resource Management Team within the Disaster Management Team. 

Currently based in Nairobi, Kenya, Paul is a seasoned humanitarian professional with over 28 years of experience in managing emergency programmes, relief, and community development initiatives.  

Paul holds a Master’s in Business Administration, and an Advanced Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance from the University of Liverpool.
