1.  Major Responsibilities:

  • Take part in designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of For Every Child Campaign PNS Project
  • Assist the For Every Child Campaign Project Manager in collecting and compiling FECC Project information for monthly, quarterly and annual accomplishment reports
  • Take part in planning, facilitating and conducting trainings/workshops for HO level FECC Project activities
  • Assist the For Every Child Campaign Projects Manager in providing overall budget monitoring and expenses control, including compliance with minimum WVE and donor requirements.
  • Take part in  the documentation of best practices and lessons on FECC Project implementations 
  • Assist the For Every Child Campaign Project Manager in closely working and networking with district level Faith Based Forums (FBFs) and government sectors and concerned stakeholders for planning, implementation, reporting and documentation.
  • Engage in the preparation of quality Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials in collaboration with POOs and ADPs
  • Prepare purchase plan aligning with annual plan, fill PRs and submit to Supplies Chain Management (SCM) office at HO level and follow up its progress.
  • Assist the For Every Child campaign Project Manager in preparing TOR for BID and Sub granting, follow up the process and its progress, identify and orient the consultants & partners and facilitate proper environment for implementation.
  • Promote major cross cutting themes including environment, gender, child protection, disability, peace building and Christian commitment

2. Qualifications Required:  The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

  • Qualification required: BA/MA in Social Science fields and Theology.
  • Educational Training qualifications required:  Social science, Development, Theology and related

3. Work Experience and Skill Required:

  • Experience:  at least 4 years relevant work experience
  • Other:   NGO experience is preferred.

Working Environment / Conditions:

  • Work environment:  Office-based with frequent travel to the field
  • Travel:  40% Domestic/international travel is required.
  • On call:  15%
