Successful Solomon Islands violence prevention program to be replicated

An Australian government delegation, including the Minister for Foreign Affairs, visited World Vision in the Solomon Islands to see how communities are becoming stronger through a gender-based violence prevention program, as well as education projects.  During the visit, the Minister for Foreign Affairs announced $5milllion of funding to the Solomon Islands to prevent and deal with incidents of family violence.
