Our work and extensive experience in transformational development, humanitarian assistance and programmatic focus in nexus, in addition to our strategic collaboration with local communities and partners, ensures impact and change in the lives of children, families and communities in more than 100 countries around the world.

World Vision and our local partners actively work to improve the lives of children, their families and communities. In both regular and disaster situations, through the support of our donors, we are able to work to ensure the well-being of the most vulnerable, even in the most hostile environments.

Investing in Lasting Impact
Grant donors' funds play a key role in World Vision's programming. By funding emergency or disaster interventions, projects that ensure good nutrition, access to water and sanitation, reduce child mortality rates, and strengthen education and child protection, the funds are also channeled into developing sustainable livelihoods, active disaster prevention, building resilience to disasters, into developing sustainable livelihoods, active disaster prevention, and building resilience to adverse events.
Grants funds are pivotal in bringing sustainability to World Vision's projects and programs by ensuring coordination between critical elements such as community and ownership, partnerships, transformed and transformative relationships, social accountability and resilience.
