Child Sponsorship (CRS) Facilitator
Purpose of the position:
To provide high quality Child Sponsorship service that meet World Vision Laos and World Vision Partnership Child Sponsorship agreed standard and guideline. Coordinate for all children and sponsor correspondence at all levels. Ensure the high quality of all correspondence within the timeline is a must. Effectively and efficiently maintain and distribute sponsors inquiries and GN to project in timely manual.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage Sponsorship GNs and Queries; make sure each GNs and queries are being process in timely manual.
- Regularly follow up with the ADP team on processing GNs and Queries; make sure that ADP team able to process them; otherwise we need to make special note for the ADP that can not process them in the timely manual.
- Ensure all queries and GNs are recording in the system; attach by mail every time that we distribute to the ADP.
- Regularly keep track with team to provide report how GN being process; make sure each GN has thank you letter from the sponsored child with photo for the sponsors.
- Make sure the translation of thank you letter and photo are met with the action the ADP team had done for each time.
- Coordinate with the team and ADP Manager/ADP staff and provide support to get the answer as soon as possible.
- Coordinate with Support Office and provide good services in responding in timely agreement
- Enhance the high quality product and accurate translation English to Lao and vice versa of child and sponsor correspondence,
- Provide adequate and regular training to other team member as well as the project staff to make sure that Child Sponsorship correspondence are met and excess the expectation and World Vision Laos and Partnership standards,,
- Submit accurate report in timely and efficiency manner,
- Maintain sponsorship translate all relevant document from English to Lao and vice versa
- Support team to meet the department/organization goal
- Please make summary of pending or over due work every month and send to each ADP to make sure that you are following up with them ( make summary for all ADP for me to)
- Other duties as assigned by the Child Sponsorship manager,
- Carry out other tasks as requested by organization.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
· Educational Qualification: College or university graduate with advanced degree in a relevant technical area
· Professional Experience: two years experience of working in development area
· Skills Required:
- Knowledge, skill and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience or on the job training
- Strong command of English and Lao language (written and spoken)
- Ability to do translation and interpretation
- Ability to provide the training
- Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access and any database application
- Understand computer hardware and software functions
- Good administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willing to work in a team and serve others
- Creative and willing to learn
- Ability to travel on assignment
- Honest and trustworthy
