TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) – ANGEL BASELINE SURVEY

This Terms of Reference (TOR) outlines the plans, objectives, deliverables, and expectations for the baseline study of the Angola Nutrition for Growth, Education, and Learning (ANGEL) project, implemented in the provinces of Benguela, Cunene, and Huíla, Angola. The study will provide baseline data for outcome indicators and will inform improvements in activity design, targeting, and contextual understanding.

The study will be cross-sectional, collecting and analyzing data from key beneficiaries (students, teachers, smallholder farmers, healthcare professionals, etc.) at a specific point in time.
