Annual Report 2019: Partnership for Children

In 2019, World Vision Bangladesh continued to align with the World Vision's global strategy. Our Promise 2030 and focused on its goal of achieving sustainable well-being and building a brighter future for 5 million children in Bangladesh, particularly the most vulnerable, by 2020.

This year, 2019 was marked by our commitment to and focus on 'Partnering'. Throughout the year, World Vision Bangladesh, together with its partners had an impact on the lives of almost 5 million children and their communities, reaching them through various programs that included protecting children against violence, providing access to quality education, improving children and mothers' nutritional status, increasing access to safe drinking water, and providing life-sustaining support to 391,762 Rohingya refugees.

All of the World Vision Bangladesh's programs are integrated with disaster risk reduction mechanisms as well as child protection, advocacy, gender and disability practices.
