Wahana Visi WASH Capacity Statement

Over 35 million people in Indonesia still live with safe water, more than 29 million don't have access to improved sanitation, and more than 15 million still practice open defecation. Progress must accelerate to reach Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 and the Government of Indonesia's goal of providing clean water and sanitation for all by 2030. 

Wahana Visi Indonesia's WASH programme started in 2008. It currently operates in 16 area programmes, with 55 technical WASH staff and an annual budget of $3 million. Learn more by reading the capacity statement.
