Under the Child Protection program, World Vision Zambia addresses areas that negatively affect children and reduce their ability to realize their full potential, these include, unsafe migration, child marriage, low birth registration, Child Labor, child sexual and physical abuse.
In order for World Vision Zambia to meaningfully contribute to preventing and addressing child rights violations, the Child Protection Program is structured around the following:
- Stake holder Engagement- Channels of Hope for Child Protection and Gender.
- Adolescent Programming- IMPACT +, Schools Council and Young Journalist
- Social protection- Savings for transformation, Empowered World View and Resilience building
- Advocacy- Social Accountability (Citizens Voice for Action).
