Updated Response Plan: September 2022 - January 2024

The updated Ukraine Crisis Response (UCR) Strategy provides a brief update to ensure it remains fully aligned and relevant.

As new entrants to Ukraine and Moldova, and with a purely humanitarian mandate, we were initially hesitant to expand the response into livelihoods as the additional sector increased complexity in the already changing situation.

However, as our operations scale up and the war continues, livelihoods has been identified as a critical need for communities and World Vision's ability to respond in this sector is evident.
