With the lead of Ministry of Gender, Youth, Sports, Culture and Social Development , the safeguarding referral pathway aims to provide direction and guidance by outlining the types of abuses, neglect, and exploitation that should be reported by the community. It also targets service providers to ensure delivery of appropriate services is done in a timely manner to ensure safety.
