The Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF) Phase II

The Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF) in Cambodia is a result of lessons from World Vision's implementation of Citizen Voice and Action in Cambodia funded by the World Bank. This framework aims to empower citizens, strengthen partnerships between subnational administrations (SNAs) and citizens, and leverage enhanced accountability of SNAs to improve local service delivery.  

To continue to support the Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF) Phase II (2019–2023), World Vision International (WVI) was selected as the main implementing agency in ensuring overall coordination and working through partnerships with eight local NGOs as well as with individual community accountability facilitators (CAFs) working at the commune and village levels.
