Building upon Phase I findings, this research involved in-depth field and virtual case studies across six Asia-Pacific countries, utilising qualitative methods like Key Informant Interviews and Focus Group Discussions to develop practical DME tools that enhance WV's DRR programming through grounded Theory of Change, improved outcome measurement, and a strengthened evidence base.

This research recommends that World Vision adopt a more systematic approach to DRR, including thorough risk assessments, a comprehensive strategy, and robust monitoring. By tracking key indicators at the household and community levels, World Vision can effectively measure DRR progress and demonstrate the impact of its efforts on reducing disaster risk and building community resilience.
