Role of Faith Leaders in Child Well-Being in Bangladesh

Faith leaders have a powerful role in their respective communities and are trusted to provide the appropriate interpretations of religious scriptures. In that regard, they are well placed in their societies to shift traditional beliefs about child marriage, children's rights, and violence against children towards behaviour that ensures child well-being. This report outlines how faith leaders could be empowered to become agents of change to build a safer and more equitable world for all children.
