Inclusive Participation in Social Accountability Processes- Enablers & Barriers to meaningful youth participation in climate Action

SAUTI – Sustainable Accountability Uniting Tanzanian and Irish Young people in collaboration with the International Institute of Environment and Development undertook research the project undertook a review to understand the Enablers and Barriers to Meaningful Youth Participation in Climate Action in Ireland and Tanzania, these lessons informed the project implementation. According to the research, the SAUTI project offered a lot to share with other projects working to strengthen youth voice in climate action as the CVA model recognise and value the expertise of young people, and the skills they bring to addressing climate change, therefore appreciating the vital role youth play as climate leaders.
