She washes hands with soap for at least 20 seconds after touching anything that comes from outside, or something that might have contaminated, before and after eating, before food preparation, after coming from the toilet, as she learned that frequent hand washing keeps germs and virus-like COVID-19 away.

To the best of her abilities, she maintains balanced diets required during adolescence e.g. eating eggs, fish, and lentils that provide protein, vegetables for required vitamins, and rice for energy to keep herself active.  She also eats seasonal fruits like guava, banana, and other available fruits for complementary vitamins and minerals to stay healthy.
