Children's Day 2024: Listening to the future in West & Central Africa

World Vision believes that every child has the right to grow up healthy, safe, and empowered. Essentials like nutritious food, education, protection, safety, identity, and the chance to participate in decisions that affect them are fundamental children’s rights—they should not be a luxury.

On this year’s International Children’s Day (20 November), World Vision heard from children across West and Central Africa regarding their fundamental rights, in line with the 2024 global theme, “Listen to the future. Stand up for children’s rights”.
