Afghanistan is one of the most vulnerable countries in the world to the impacts of climate change. The country hasn't recovered from the Herat earthquakes but now more than 500,000 people are affected by floods. Eleanor Monbiot, Regional Leader for World Vision Middle East and Eastern Europe was in Herat right before the floods, visiting Herat Earthquake affected communities.
