Children showcase how they are fighting child marriage in communities

World Vision works with children in Zambia through the Young Journalists and Dare to Discover initiatives, to promote child participation, advocate for policies aimed at protecting children and end vices such as child marriage.

In the video, the Young Journalists and Dare to Discover members explain how they engage different stakeholders to end violence against children, especially child marriage.

Young journalists' clubs have been linked to local radio stations, national television, and radio stations that periodically meet to share news and mentorship. Through its communications department, World Vision has facilitated this linkage to enable the children to air their views and speak about issues affecting their development in their communities.
