World Vision Zambia Calls for Support to Empower Rural Girls with Bicycles
World Vision Zambia’s Strong Girls Strong Zambia campaign is shifting gears as it enters its third year, with a bold new goal to raise ZMW 600,000 to provide 150 bicycles for girls in rural communities.
World Vision Zambia National Director Marc Nosbach says the initiative, launched in 2022, aims to empower 15,000 girls by 2025, offering not just bicycles, but a lifeline to education, safety, and opportunity for those at risk of or rescued from child marriage. Nosbach is calling on individuals, corporates, and partners to come on board and be part of the movement to transform lives and build a stronger nation — one girl at a time.
