World Vision Zambia empowers Community Health Workers with bicycles

World Vision Zambia through Keembe/Musosolokwe Area Programme recently empowered Community Health Workers with 110 bicycles in Kapiri Mposhi District to ease their movements as they deliver services to the most vulnerable.

The bicycles will enable the Community Health Workers to reach more households and provide essential health care, such as antenatal care, immunization, nutrition, and disease prevention. The bicycles will also help the Community Health Workers to transport referrals, collect data, and attend trainings.
